Located in the ideal climate of El Pescadero
In the state of Baja California Sur, just 45 easy highway minutes of driving north of Cabo San Lucas, and an equal distance south of La Paz. We have a year-round temperate breeze from the Pacific Ocean. The park is an easy 10-minute stroll from the beach. We're an all-adult park, run by a hospitable Canadian/Mexican/American crew. We don't encourage RV families with pets, as there aren't good facilities here for many more of them. The facilities are all less than 2 years old and maintained in great condition. We work hard to keep a clean, safe, fun, and care-free environment for you to enjoy. Come and be impressed! Call or email us now for rates and availability.
Local Attractions
There is so much to see and do here besides relax! At least two chefs practice their art in fine restaurants within walking distance of the park, and a host of other restaurants within a 10-minute drive. It's easy, here, to find a secluded, empty beach or a bustling-busy beach scene with music and cabana boys indulging your whims. There are art galleries, holistic healing, yoga, poetry readings, coffee shops, local handicrafts, and mysterious mountain lakes (yes, lakes) to explore.

Driving the Baja Peninsula
The highway system down the Baja Peninsula is improving every day. At its worst it's a two-lane highway large enough for two big-rigs to pass. At its best (between La Paz and Los Cabos) it's a divided 4-lane highway with a broad shoulder. The crime rate in Baja California and Baja California Sur is remarkably low--this is not the Texas border!

Existing palapas for sale
Live here for more than just a week or two...
Sometimes there are already-built RV shade structures available for sale. These are hurricane-resistant welded steel with an attractive native palm thatch roof. Often, they include a bodega (garage), personal bathroom, bedroom, tile floor, cistern, kitchen or a bar. Contact us to see if any of these are available.
